Twice a week, a market is held in front of the cathedral. Professional market suppliers as well as quite a number of direct marketing companies and private persons offer their products every Wednesday and Saturday. Meat, baked goods, flowers, fruit and vegetables - there is hardly anything that cannot be purchased here. On Fridays, the so-called “Palavermarkt” is held on the Domplatz, where primarily wholefood goods and organic products are on sale.
